  David Zelinski serves as a Senior Vice President of Energy & Chemicals for Fluor Corporation, where he has worldwide responsibility for sales and marketing activities in the Downstream Oil and Gas industries.
  
  During his career with Fluor, Mr. Zelinski has held sales and operations positions in the United States, Canada, and Europe. He has served as Executive Director of Sales for Fluor's Oil & Gas operation in Europe, Africa and the Middle East and as General Manager of Marketing and Sales for Fluor in Canada
